First day of Journey!💕

Helloing from Dil!

Today I did fast for changing the broken ones on Ramadhan (due to period, duh). 
Till this second, my calories intake is still low (I think I'll add some tunas to boost the protein) and I didn't eat my yoghurt. 

I did upper body with dumbbell workout (my first time dumbbell workout and I chose 4kgs/pair ehe) by mrandmrsmuscle. Before that, I did a warm up first!

Helloing from Dil!

I'm back with a new concept of "My Journey of Health" because I'm obese (my BMI is above 35!). So, I'll constantly write what I have eaten in a day and workout that I did + my daily activity -- it may be different when this COVID-19 Pandemic is over.

My current weight is 82.9 kgs and height is 153 cms (genetically, my parents are quite short, under 170 cms) and I got my first period when I was nine years old.

I'm trying to eat clean or I'll keep my calories as low and as health as I can.
