I'm back with a new concept of "My Journey of Health" because I'm obese (my BMI is above 35!). So, I'll constantly write what I have eaten in a day and workout that I did + my daily activity -- it may be different when this COVID-19 Pandemic is over.
My current weight is 82.9 kgs and height is 153 cms (genetically, my parents are quite short, under 170 cms) and I got my first period when I was nine years old.
I'm trying to eat clean or I'll keep my calories as low and as health as I can.
